Bulgaria – Accident insurance services – Сключване на застраховки: „Злополука", настъпила при или по повод изпълнение на служебните задължения, на територията на Република България и „Злополука и медицински разходи вследствие на злополука и/или акутно заболяване“ при пътуване в чужбина, на военнослужещите и цивилните служители от МО, СППМО и БА - обособени позиции

The public procurement includes four separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 – Insurance with "Accident" insurance, occurring during or in connection with the performance of official duties, for military personnel of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), structures directly subordinate to the Minister of Defence (DSMoD) and the Bulgarian Army (BA). The requirements for the service are in accordance with Technical Specification TS С 94.5120.26 and the Contracting Authority. The number of insured persons is as follows: A) The number of military personnel, excluding those mentioned in section "B", subject to insurance, is 27 144 persons. B) In addition to those mentioned in section "A", the insurance also covers military personnel subject to risks and as a result of radiation damage when working with sources of ionizing radiation, the number of whom is 403 persons. The total number of military personnel subject to insurance is: 27 547 persons. Period of performance: from 00:00 on 01.03.2027 to 24:00 on 28.02.2030, including three consecutive one-year insurance periods. Place of performance: the insurance coverage shall be valid for insurance events occurring on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The insurer must have offices, or agencies, or representations in at least all regional cities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Lot No. 2 – Insurance with "Accident" insurance, occurring during or in connection with the performance of official duties, for civilian employees of the MoD, DSMoD and BA. The requirements for the service are in accordance with Technical Specification TS С 94.5121.26 and the Contracting Authority. The number of insured persons is as follows: A) Number of civilian employees, excluding those mentioned in sections "B" and "C", subject to insurance, is 11 030 persons. B) In addition to those mentioned in sections "A" and "C", the insurance also covers civilian employees subject to risks and as a result of radiation damage when working with sources of ionizing radiation, the number of whom is 305 persons. C) In addition to those mentioned in sections "A" and "B", the insurance also covers civilian employees subject to risks and as a result of working with explosive substances, the number of whom is 15 persons. The total number of civilian employees subject to insurance is: 11 350 persons. Period of performance: from 00:00 on 01.03.2027 to 24:00 on 28.02.2030, including three consecutive one-year insurance periods. Place of performance: the insurance coverage shall be valid for insurance events occurring on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The insurer must have offices, or agencies, or representations in at least all regional cities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Lot No. 3 - Insurance with "Accident and medical expenses as a result of an accident and/or acute illness" for military personnel and civilian employees of the MoD, DSMoD and BA, long-term assigned to positions in headquarters and bodies of international organisations. The requirements for the service are in accordance with technical specification TS С 94.5124.26 and the Contracting Authority. Quantity – approximately 180 persons are permanently assigned, with an estimated rotation of around 50-60 persons per year. Period of performance: from 00:00 on 01.04.2027 to 24:00 on 31.03.2030. Place of performance – the insurance coverage shall be worldwide except for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Lot No. 4 - Insurance with "Accident and medical expenses when travelling abroad with assured assistance" for military personnel and civilian employees of the MoD, DSMoD and BA, short-term assigned, in accordance with Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance for Official Business Trips and Specialisations Abroad. The requirements for the service are in accordance with technical specification TS С 94.5125.26 and the Contracting Authority. Quantity – a different number of persons will use the insurance, assigned for a period from 1 day to 30/31 days and from 1 month to 12 months and the possibility of combining the number of days and months. Period of performance: from 00:00 on 01.04.2027 to 24:00 on 31.03.2030. Place of performance – the insurance coverage shall be worldwide except for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
