The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a design for complex land consolidation in the cadastral area of Mělčany u Ivančic, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (Cadastre Decree), as amended, based on the requests of landowners according to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land consolidation and land offices, as amended, with the aim of spatially and functionally arranging ownership rights to lands and related encumbrances, making lands accessible and ensuring conditions for rational management of landowners and increasing the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the land consolidation will serve for the renewal of the cadastral map and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The expected area of the solved territory is 684 ha. The expected scope of the land consolidation includes 3 537 parcels, registered on 331 ownership records.
