The subject of the public contract is the processing of an independent expert opinion on the financial claims of the Contractor for the D7 MÚK Knovíz – Panenský Týnec construction sites, which will follow the recognised time demands of the Contractor. The opinion will focus on verifying the legitimacy, reasonableness, and provability of the financial claims applied in accordance with the contract for work and the methodologies of SFDI. The performance includes the assessment of time and financial relations, the evaluation of the background, and the preparation of an expert conclusion with the determination of the legitimate amount of claims according to RED FIDIC.
