Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Lidzbark w roku 2027

The subject of the contract is forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 as amended – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery management, conservation and repair of forest roads, hunting in the OHZ, meadow and agricultural management, to be carried out in the Lidzbark Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the contract subject includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery management, conservation and repair of forest roads, hunting in the OHZ, meadow and agricultural management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
