This contract concerns the operational maintenance (MCO), maintenance (corrective, preventive, evolutionary) and modernisation of the Information System (IS) of the SNCF Gares & Connexions Boarding System, corresponding to the boarding gates deployed in the stations. It covers all software components as well as the take-over of the existing system, and future evolutions of the IS.
