In the context of improving the management of tooling, the Helicopter Transport Service (STH) of RTE launches a framework agreement for the supply of plastic cases intended for the packaging of Protection and Control Units (UPK) and crimping matrices. RTE aims to adopt reusable, robust and suitable cases, in order to improve mechanical protection, limit dust, facilitate greasing and optimise the handling of the equipment used by its operational teams. The contract includes the design (if necessary), industrialisation, manufacture, testing and validation, as well as the documentation and delivery of plastic cases in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification Document (CCTP). The services include, in particular: - The manufacture of the cases, to plans provided by RTE, with possible adaptations under validation; - The supply of different types of cases according to the CCTP: UPK (jaw and sheath cases in 4 sizes); matrices (square hexagonal, short hexagonal, long hexagonal cases); - Compliance with technical requirements: resistance to shock and temperature, chemical resistance, protection in case of fall, identification/colour; - The production of prototypes, tests (including drop tests), test report and manufacturing file; - The delivery modalities (packaging by model, delivery to operational sites) and compliance with the schedule; - The provisions relating to intellectual property and the exploitation rights of the results. This contract generally includes any service necessary for the delivery of cases in accordance with the requirements of the CCTP and applicable regulations.
