The Stadtentwässerungsbetriebe Köln AöR (StEB) are planning the new construction of the process air supply at the Großklärwerk Stammheim. The Großklärwerk Stammheim treats the wastewater from 1.3 million inhabitants and equivalent inhabitants, thus a large part of the wastewater generated in Köln. The Großklärwerk has a two-stage biological treatment (AB process). The second stage (low load) is divided into two basin groups, basins 1 – 6 and 7 – 14. The aim of the measure is to renew the process air supply of the low-load basins 7 – 14, which treat approx. 75 % of the wastewater. The total air volume required for the biological treatment of the low-load basins 7 – 14 is currently approx. 100,000 Nm³/h. In another project, the expansion of basin group 7 – 14 was planned. The planning includes the new construction of a further basin and an increase in the water level. For the operation of the expanded system, the provision of an air volume of approx. 120,000 Nm³/h is required. The estimated eligible costs (net) are as follows: Lot 300 1,578,700 Euro Lot 400 5,022,000 Euro Lot 440 570,000 Euro Lot 470 4,252,000 Euro Lot 480 200,000 Euro A lot-by-lot award is planned, it is intended to commission the following scopes of work: Lot 1: Project planning for civil engineering works, § 41 HOAI, LP 3-9 including the technical building equipment AG 4, 7, 8, § 53 HOAI, LP 3-9 Lot 2: Structural design (including the shelter, the machine foundations of the compressors, the foundation of the switchgear (container design) and the pipeline route), § 49 HOAI, LP 3-6 The subject of this tender is Lot 1. A phased commissioning is planned. Initially, the performance phases 3-4 are commissioned, then the performance phases 5-9. Otherwise, reference is made to the performance description.
