Poland – Software package and information systems – „Cyfryzacja powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz podległych jednostek” – w zakresie systemów geodezyjnych

The subject of the procurement is the execution of supplies within the scope of the order entitled: "Digitalisation of the Bieruńsko-Lędziński district and subordinate units" – in the field of geodetic systems. The aim of the procurement is to provide new and enhance the maturity level of existing public e-services to the fifth maturity level, so as to streamline and facilitate the performance of geodetic, construction and environmental protection tasks for citizens, businesses and other public administration bodies. As part of the procurement, it is planned to expand (update) the existing software in the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management of the Bieruń County Office with new system and integrative modules, as well as to purchase a software module that will enhance the security level of the provision of existing and new public e-services. The newly purchased modules will also serve the Department of Construction and Architecture, the Department of Environment and Agriculture. As part of the acquisition and provision of data from the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management, it is planned to scan, calibrate and digitise survey outlines, as well as to scan, calibrate and digitise classification maps. Additionally, the project envisages enhancing the digital competences of employees related to the services provided, including public e-services.
