Croatia – Furniture – NABAVA NAMJEŠTAJA I OPREME ZA LOKACIJU PRILAZ BARUNA FILIPOVIĆA 11

The subject of the procurement is the procurement, delivery, installation, assembly, and as required, connection and commissioning of furniture and equipment for the needs of the Health Centre Zagreb – West, at the location Prilaz baruna Filipovića 11, Zagreb. The subject of the procurement is divided into two groups:

Group 1: Office furniture and consulting rooms

Group 2: Medical furniture

The subject of the procurement includes all necessary office, consulting room and medical furniture, as well as the corresponding assembly, joining and protective materials, delivery to the location of the contractor, entry into the premises, assembly, levelling, placement in the designated places, checking stability, functionality and usability, as well as all other works, services and procedures necessary for the orderly and complete delivery of the subject of the procurement. The selected tenderer is obliged to deliver new, unused, technically correct and functional equipment and furniture, in accordance with the technical characteristics, dimensions, quantities and other requirements specified in the Bill of Quantities and Procurement Documentation. All delivered equipment and furniture must be suitable for the purpose for which they are procured, safe to use and made of materials of appropriate quality, durability and resistance, especially considering their daily use in a healthcare institution. The selected tenderer is obliged to ensure that all elements are correctly assembled, installed and ready for regular use, including all components, accessories, works and services necessary for their proper, safe and uninterrupted use, regardless of whether they are individually listed, if they are necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the procurement according to the rules of the profession. The subject of the procurement also includes the removal of packaging and cleaning of the premises from waste generated by delivery and assembly, as well as the delivery of instructions for use, warranty certificates, technical documentation, certificates, declarations of conformity or other appropriate documentation, if applicable for individual items. A detailed description, types, quantities, dimensions, technical characteristics and other requirements for furniture and equipment are determined by the Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation.
