Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Neubau Kita im Ellenfeld Bad Kreuznach_Tragwerksplanung gem. §51 HOAI 2021

For the „Building and Interior Design“ project, a realization competition was already conducted in accordance with RPW 2013. The contracting authority is currently in negotiations with the 1st prize winner. The subject of the competition was the architectural and landscape design concept for the new construction of a seven-group daycare center in Bad Kreuznach and the associated outdoor facilities. The planning site is located in an urban area in the southern part of Bad Kreuznach, east of Alzeyer Straße. The site was previously used as a daycare center. Currently, the building is being demolished to clear the site for new construction. The site area is approximately 3,086 sqm. The project is under the motto of contemporary and sustainable building and is intended to position itself as an impetus for sustainable development within the urban fabric. The documents of the 1st prize winner of the competition currently envisaged for implementation are attached to the procurement documents.
