Poland – Supervision of building work – Pełnienie nadzoru nad realizacją Robót oraz zarządzanie Kontraktem pn.: „Budowa południowej obwodnicy Wadowic w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 28”

The service involves the Consultant performing duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on the OWK and WSK, in particular: a) performing supervision and verifying the Contractor's Documents, their completeness, mutual consistency, performing control calculations to identify any potential errors, b) managing, performing investor supervision and controlling the implementation of the Works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate, c) conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperating in this regard with the Contracting Authority, including, among others, with the Director of the Branch, Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, d) fulfilling obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines regarding investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the beneficiary for the Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 for GDDKiA, FEnIKS 2021-2027, e) providing the service of investor supervision over the implementation of construction works and participating in Warranty Reviews and overseeing the removal of any defects/flaws identified in the warranty reviews, within the framework of the Contract, f) supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, g) supervising the Contractor's Documents and Works in the scope of Additional Tasks, necessary for the execution of the Contract, arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law, h) constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper execution by individual Contractors, Contractor's Documents and construction works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising adjacent investments - as a result of which the Consultant will have the obligation to develop the principles and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's Documents and construction works. If necessary, the Contracting Authority will appoint the leading Consultant conducting the coordination matter at the junction of the Projects, i) coordinating activities and supervising the works carried out by the Designers, who exercise Author's Supervision over the Works implemented on the basis of the Project Documentation.
