The purpose of this procurement is to manage and supervise the implementation of the Investment Task, in particular: a) Performing the role of the Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract; b) Financial and physical management, in particular comprehensive handling of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and physical and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor's Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Managing the Construction Contract; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process on surface and groundwater, noise, air, land surface, waste management, green management, controlling the construction stage in terms of the use of efficient machinery and equipment and their proper operation and maintenance, use of transport and machinery without overloading and overloading, removal of machinery after completed work and in case of failure to the designated parking place) and nature conservation supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, resolutions harmonizing the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this area. The scope of the procurement also includes the following Optional Extension Rights – extension of the implementation of the agreement for 12 months related to the implementation of construction works, described in the Agreement.
