The project "FORUM" of the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena includes Lot 405 for the implementation of audiovisual media and antenna systems for the new Communication Centre and the adjoining listed Griesbachsche Annex. The scope of services includes the supply, installation, programming, commissioning and documentation of modern media, audio, video, conference and presentation technology, including associated control, network and antenna systems. This includes, among other things, projection and display technology, audio systems, microphone and video conferencing systems, AV-over-IP infrastructures, media controls, wireless presentation systems, hearing assistance systems, and the equipment of Welcome Area, Auditorium, conference and multipurpose rooms. Additionally, services for workshop and installation planning, system integration, programming, training and documentation are part of the contract.
