Deadline passed

Description

The Kanta-Hämeen Wellbeing Services County's Ahveniston Hospital's Isotope Department is tendering ready-to-use PET radiopharmaceuticals and therapy products. The estimated annual consumption for each product is specified in the procurement criteria. The quantities are estimates and do not bind the purchaser. It is possible that some of the tendered products will not be ordered at all if, for example, there is no demand for the relevant examinations/treatments. The procurement has been divided into several sub-areas and partial bids are allowed. This is a framework agreement with a contract period of four (4) years. All bidders who meet the tender requirements will be accepted into the framework agreement. Procurements will be made during the contract period based on the priority order formed on the basis of price, so that the cheapest supplier is the first in line. If the first supplier is unable to deliver the product within the time frame required by the purchaser or otherwise meet the order requirements, the purchaser has the right to make the procurement from the next cheapest supplier. If the delivery capacity of the first supplier shows more than 5 repeated deficiencies in a calendar year, the purchaser has the right to switch to using the next supplier in the priority order for that product also in the future. The supplier must respond to inquiries within 24 hours of the message being sent. For inquiries received on weekends and holidays, the response time starts on the next weekday.
