Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_HLS_Landkreis Regensburg_Neubau Schulgebäude Realschule Regenstauf

The District of Regensburg plans the new construction of the school building of the Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf to accommodate increasing student numbers and to remedy the functional and structural deficiencies of the existing building. The new construction is to be connected to the existing canteen building and the sports facilities. A sustainable, barrier-free school building is planned, with particular emphasis on quality of stay, the use of wood as a building material, and CO2-neutral energy supply. The basic services of the performance phases 3-9 of the scope of services for specialist planning of technical equipment for the plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8 according to § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded. Note: Performance phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for those systems for which immediate approval is required under public law provisions. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of services accordingly. Scope of services - Basic services - Specialist planning of technical equipment - HLS according to § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 - Plant group 1 (waste water, water and gas systems) - Plant group 2 (heating supply systems) - Plant group 3 (air conditioning systems) - Plant group 8 (building automation) - Performance phases 3-9 or 3, 5-9 Note: Performance phase 7 (involvement in tendering) will be evaluated at 4%, as the dispatch of the tender documents and the receipt of the offers will be handled via the tendering office of the District of Regensburg.
