Belgium – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – RENOCLICK - ENTREPRISES GÉNÉRALES POUR TRAVAUX DE RÉNOVATION ESTIMÉS À PLUS DE 12.000.000 EUR HTVA

In the context of building renovation, the works will be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of the Special Technical Conditions (non-exhaustive list) : • Energy treatment of the envelope: frames, facade/toiture/floor insulation, green roof, solar protection, etc. • Special techniques, • Airtightness management, • Major works including, if necessary, the reinforcement of existing structures from the roof to the substructure, the integration of new structures from the roof to the substructure, the creation of technical shafts, the creation of openings... • Interior and exterior layout, • Safety, • Compartmentalisation, • Rainwater management, • Interior and exterior signage, • Acoustic treatment, • Infrastructure and superstructure, • Landscape layout, • Heritage restoration, • Etc. The contract is composed of 1 lot: Building renovations with an estimated (x) value of the works above 12,000,000.00 EUR excl. VAT. The purpose of the contract is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of 10 Economic Operators, some of whom will be put in competition for the subsequent contracts (mini-competition).
