Romania – Motor vehicle liability insurance services – Achiziționarea serviciilor de asigurare obligatorie de răspundere civilă RCA pentru autoturismele aflate în gestiunea Ministerului Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene pentru perioada 2026-2028

The procurement of compulsory civil liability insurance services (RCA) (with a duration of 12 months) for 83 motor vehicles under the management of the Ministry of Investments and European Projects for the 2026-2028 period. The contract duration will be until 31.12.2027 from the date of signing by the last party. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification / additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
