1. The subject of the contract is the supply of regional products for the purposes of implementing actions promoting the Łódź Voivodeship. 2. Definitions adopted by the Contracting Authority for the purposes of this procedure: a) Regional product – a food product made by hand, produced in a manufactory, using a craft production method. b) Regional product from the Łódź Voivodeship – a food product made by hand, produced in a manufactory in the Łódź Voivodeship, using a craft production method, where only the process of its production, processing or preparation for sale takes place in the Łódź Voivodeship.
