Single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders over 7 years, with a 4-year firm period and a 3-year optional period, including:

- an optional period in accordance with Articles R. 2313-2, R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, in accordance with the details set out in the consultation file;

- each period includes a purchase order component in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code, as well as a supply or service order component to cover any potential technical issues in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code.
