France – Construction work – Marché de travaux de construction dans le cadre de l'opération "Vie de Campus" du Crous de Paris - Campus Hospitalo-Universitaire Grand Paris Nord de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (CHUSOGPN)

The present consultation concerns the construction works for the « Vie de Campus » building of the future CHU Saint-Ouen Grand Paris Nord, which will be located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis (93). This building is intended to accommodate the campus life facilities necessary for the smooth operation of the university site. The building is organized around 3 superimposed sections: - A university restaurant with a capacity of 1 600 meals/day; - A type B gymnasium and multi-purpose sports halls; - A residence with 150 student housing units; Reception and logistics spaces are shared among the three sections of the programme. The descriptive notice of the architectural and urban project is attached to the present DAC (Annex 1).
