Consultancy services under Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) for the object "Replacement of a DN700 transfer gas pipeline in the section from the valve node "Gorni Bogrov" to the purification facility "Novi Iskar" and construction of an optical cable line to it". The subject of the contract includes the performance of the following activities for each of the construction stages: Assessment of the investment project - working project phase for compliance with the main requirements for construction in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 5 and Paragraph 10 of the SDA; Provision of expert support to the client and the designer in the coordination of investment projects with the competent control bodies, operating companies and interested parties; Preparation of a comprehensive report in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 of the SDA; Exercise of construction supervision in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 1 in connection with Article 168, Paragraph 2 of the SDA and carrying out checks and controls of the delivered and incorporated in the construction building products, with which the main requirements for construction are ensured in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Article 9, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act; Performance of the functions of the safety and health coordinator for the construction implementation stage in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when performing construction, assembly and disassembly works; Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the SDA; Preparation and registration of a technical passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions. The object "Replacement of a DN700 transfer gas pipeline in the section from the valve node "Gorni Bogrov" to the purification facility "Novi Iskar" and construction of an optical cable line to it" will be implemented in the following stages: Stage 1 - "Reconstruction of a DN 700 main (transfer) gas pipeline from the valve node "Gorni Bogrov" to the purification facility "Novi Iskar", including the linear part, gas pipeline to GRS 2, valve nodes (KV), cathodic protection stations (CPS); Stage 2 - "Reconstruction of the purification facility "Novi Iskar", including reconstruction of the existing purification facility "Novi Iskar" and a new start-up and receiving chamber of the "Pernik" gas distribution company with a common overhead dust collector; Stage 3 - "Construction of the AGRS "Chepintsi", including a gas pipeline deviation, a protected valve node and AGRS; Stage 4 - "Construction of an optical cable line and reconstruction of the NUP "Novi Iskar". The investment project will be completed separately for each stage, with a view to approval by the competent authority and issuance of a construction permit for each stage. The stages may be implemented simultaneously, with the demolition works for Stage 1 to be carried out after the commissioning of Stage 1.
