Subject of the order: Various medicines and infusion fluids for the Wojewódzki Hospital im. Jana Pawła II in Bełchatów. 2. CPV code and name: 33.60.00.00-6 Pharmaceutical products. 3. Description, size and scope of the order: 1) The purchaser has divided the order into 35 parts (Packages no. 1 - 35), in accordance with the description in Section XXIII of the SWZ. 2) Other requirements regarding the execution of the order and the principles of cooperation between the purchaser and the contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the contract for the public order, which constitute Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. 3) If the description of the order contains indications of trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific contractor, it should be assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". In such a case, the purchaser allows the contractor to submit an offer for an equivalent preparation, whereby such an offer involves offering preparations identical to the subject of the order, for which there is a common name according to the international index of names. In case of doubts of the purchaser regarding the equivalence of the offered medicines, the contractor will be obliged to provide explanations and prove their equivalence upon each request of the purchaser. Offers for preparations registered as "dietary supplement" are not allowed.
