The subject of the public procurement is the change of the layout of parts 1.N.P. – 7.N.P. of buildings B1, B2, and the associated implementation of new power, low-voltage, ZTI, VZT, medical gas distribution systems, repair of the roof and ceiling structure. The construction intent is to adjust the internal layouts to build new operations (Emergency Reception, Eye Department, Orthopedics, Gynecology and Obstetrics Department). Furthermore, within the scope of the project, new medical rooms will be realised. Interventions in the load-bearing system are minimal. The existing building envelope will not change, only necessary local repairs, partial replacement of window openings and insulation of the affected parts of the roof with replacement of the roofing and reconstruction of the ceilings will take place. The new internal layout is designed primarily using lightweight plasterboard constructions, which meet the high requirements for acoustics and fire safety of healthcare buildings. Internal surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings) are designed with a focus on hygiene, easy cleanability and durability, typical for clean operations and hospital standards (ceramic cladding in rooms with the highest requirements for surface washability, washable paints and epoxy coatings). Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Heating is connected to the existing central source of the area. The ventilation of the main operations is solved as forced balanced with heat recovery, while for the operating and intervention rooms it is supplemented with HEPA filtration and precise pressure cascade. The cooling of the living spaces is local (VRV and SPLIT systems). Power and Low-Voltage Installations will be carried out completely new. Power circuits are strictly divided according to their importance, including the establishment of a medical isolated system (ZIS) for critical beds. Low-voltage systems will provide standard data infrastructure, security (CCTV, EKV), fire protection (EPS, NZS) and patient-nurse communication system. Due to the measured existing load of building B1B2, it is necessary to replace the NN distribution systems between object B1B2 and the energy center. It is solved in a separate part PD – IO01 – Replacement of NN distribution systems. Medical Gases and Healthcare Technology The distribution of medical gases will use existing central sources, but their internal distribution and end elements will be completely new. Departments will be equipped with modern wall ramps or quick couplings, ceiling stands and heavy bridges, which fully integrate the supply of gases, energy and data directly to the patient's bed or operating table.
