The contract covers all the enclosed roof works for 3 administrative buildings, ESM, ADM and LUX, located at Kirchberg, Luxembourg-Ville. In particular: Waterproofing, insulation and green, gravel or slate roof covering complexes, ESM 2100m2, ADM 2250m2, LUX 1100m2. Complexes of various glazed metal facades, ESM 7100m2, ADM 12200m2, LUX 3950m2. Glazed roofs, ESM 730m2, ADM 370m2. Lifelines, ESM roof and facade 1100ml, LUX roof 140ml. Various locksmith works: grilles, ESM 350m2, ADM 250m2, LUX 100m2. Aluminium sheet cladding; ADM 300m2, LUX 160m2. Various maintenance platforms for glazed facades and roofs. Installation of BIPV panels for the ESM. The duration of the works is 876 working days, starting in the first half of 2027. The works are awarded at unit prices.
