Germany – Building services – TGA-Planung Umbau und Erweiterung Von-Galen-Schule

The contracting authority intends to renovate and extend the Von-Galen-Grundschule in Gescher to adapt it to current structural and educational requirements. The building and outdoor facilities design was already the subject of an architectural competition. Both measures on existing buildings and a new extension are planned. The subject of the contract are the engineering services required for the project for the technical equipment for plant groups 1 to 6 and 8. In total, the procurement covers phases 1 to 9, with a phased awarding process (see "Information on Options").
