The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of various single-use hygiene equipment for patients for the Specialised Voivodeship Hospital named after the Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko in Włocławek for a period of 24 months, counted from the date of the contract signature, divided into 8 parts in the following assortment: Part No. 1 - Transport mat with 8 handles Part No. 2 - Hygienic mats for neonatology Part No. 3 - Single-use patient linen Part No. 4 - Heating blanket Part No. 5 - Pads with lining, blanket made of fibre Part No. 6 - Diapers Part No. 7 - Anti-thrombosis stockings Part No. 8 - Physeline cover for lamp A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in attachments No. 2.1 to 2.8 to SWZ (Assortment and price form).
