The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents along with the lease of an analyser for the direct identification of microorganisms from clinical material using the multiplex PCR method for the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics and Microbiology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the assortment-price form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, and in the required parameters, which is Annex 2a to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the principles and conditions described in the model contract, which is Annex 8 to the SWZ.
