Germany – Engineering services – Neutorstraße - Am Delft, Emden / Fachplanung - Technische Ausrüstung (Licht- und Leitungsplanung)

The planning area is divided into several construction phases: 1. Construction Phase = northern Neutorstraße 2. Construction Phase = southern Neutorstraße, Stadtgarten and partly Straße Am Delft 3. Construction Phase = Hafentorplatz and southern Straße Am Delft 4. Construction Phase = Hafenkopf and street space

The first construction phase has been under construction since April 2026 and will be completed in April 2027. The further construction phases will follow sequentially. For the entire planning area, the performance phases 1-3 have been fully completed for both the lighting design and the conduit design. The subject of this tendering procedure are services of the technical equipment (Section 53 HOAI) for the implementation of the lighting design (traffic lighting / architectural lighting design) with conduit design for the Lph. 4-6, optionally Lph. 7-8 and consideration of the event lighting (Lph. 1-6, optionally Lph. 7-8) only for the 3. and 4. construction phase.
