Poland – Checking and testing apparatus – KOMORA KLIMATYCZNA typu Walk-In
Description
Subject of the order is a factory-new walk-in climate chamber. Walk-in climate chamber – required parameters:
2.1. Dimensions of the internal workspace:
2.1.1. Minimum volume of the workspace: 20 m3
2.1.2. Minimum internal width of the workspace: 2 m
2.1.3. Minimum internal height of the workspace: 2 m
2.1.4. Minimum internal depth of the workspace: 3.5 m
2.2. Temperature operating range of the chamber: -50 ºC to +160 ºC or wider
2.2.1. Temperature stability: no worse than ± 1 ºC in the steady state. By steady state is meant the operating state of the chamber after reaching the set temperature and after the end of the stabilization period. The stabilization time should be indicated by the contractor and should not exceed 60 minutes from reaching the set temperature.
2.2.2. Temperature uniformity in the steady state: a. no worse than ± 2 ºC in the range -40 ºC to +120 ºC – confirmed by measurement in at least 9 points of the workspace, b. for extreme temperatures below -40 ºC and above +120 ºC, a temperature uniformity of no worse than ± 3 ºC is allowed
2.2.3. In the temperature range from -40 ºC to +120 ºC, the chamber should provide: a. A minimum average linear temperature change rate measured in the workspace of the chamber of 5 ºC/min for an empty chamber b. A minimum linear temperature change rate measured in the workspace of the chamber of 2 ºC/min for a chamber with a passive reference load with a total heat capacity of not less than 200 kJ/K
2.3. Humidity operating range of the chamber:
2.3.1. Regulation of relative humidity in the range from 10 to 95 %RH with an accuracy of no worse than ± 3 %RH in the temperature range from +10 ºC to +90 ºC
2.3.2. The chamber should allow control and stable maintenance of relative humidity at the level of 30% RH ± 5 %RH at 0 ºC, in the steady state, for the realization of demanding temperature-humidity cycles
2.4. Floor load-bearing capacity: min. 500 kg/m2, uniformly distributed static load
2.5. Technological ports equipped with tight blinds:
2.5.1.2. Ø 25cm holes in the chamber walls – allowable square holes with a side of 25 cm
2.5.2.1. Ø 5 cm hole in the chamber wall at the height of the workspace floor – allowable square hole with a side of 5 cm
2.5.3.2. Ø 20cm holes in the chamber ceiling – allowable square holes with a side of 20 cm
2.6. Double-door with inspection windows with glass not permeable to UV radiation
2.7. Lighting inside the chamber
2.8. The internal surfaces of the workspace, including walls, ceiling, floor and elements having contact with the chamber atmosphere, should be made of acid-resistant stainless steel in a grade not worse than EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L or an equivalent material with corrosion resistance in a chlorinated environment not worse than the indicated grade. The contractor should confirm the grade of the material used in the technical documentation.
2.9. Communication interface: LAN Ethernet and USB
2.10. Control: no less than 6 input/output ports
2.11. Minimum 6 universal analog inputs 0-10 V 4-20mA
2.12. The chamber software should, in addition to controlling the chamber, enable data archiving in the form of files: .csv, .txt or .xls. The chamber software should enable measurement of electrical energy consumption with recording to a file.
2.13. The use of eco-friendly refrigerants will be additionally scored as a criterion for evaluation - The Buyer awards points for the use in the refrigeration system of the chamber of a refrigerant or refrigerants with the lowest possible GWP, understood as the Global Warming Potential in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding fluorinated greenhouse gases. The contractor is obliged to indicate the type and quantity of the refrigerant(s) in the heating/cooling systems of the offered walk-in climate chamber.
2.14. The walk-in climate chamber must be manufactured by a manufacturer with an implemented and certified quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent and an implemented and certified environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard or equivalent, covering the scope of activity of designing and/or producing climate chambers, environmental chambers, devices for simulating environmental conditions or devices of an equivalent type. To confirm compliance with the requirement, the contractor is obliged to submit valid ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates issued for the manufacturer of the offered chamber by an independent certifying unit, or equivalent documents confirming compliance with equivalent requirements in the scope of the quality management system and the environmental management system.
7. Calibration (Calibration) Certificates
Calibration/Calibration Certificates issued by an accredited calibration laboratory according to the ISO 17025 standard or an equivalent calibration laboratory:
7.1. Calibration/Calibration – The contractor must ensure calibration/calibration of the walk-in climate chamber in the temperature and humidity range in the full operating range confirming compliance with the requirements indicated in 2.2-3. With particular attention to the following points listed in Table 1, noting that in the case of several relative humidity values assigned to a particular temperature, confirmation of all values – together at least 24 measurement points is required: On the day of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol, the calibration/calibration certificates must be valid for at least 6 months.
7.2. Calibration/Calibration - In the case of the requirement set out in point 2.2.3 b, it will be sufficient to present a protocol/report of tests confirming and documenting the temperature course of the chamber with a unambiguously described method of conducting the confirming test.
8. Delivery of the walk-in climate chamber
The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order, its transport, unloading, unpacking, placement, assembly and integration
