Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Planungsleistungen Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke, Neuer Stadtteil Dietenbach

The subject of the tender are planning services of the specialist disciplines according to HOAI 2021 as overall planning:

• Traffic facilities for the 3rd construction phase according to Part 3 of the HOAI, Section 4, § 47,

• Civil engineering structures for the 3rd construction phase (project planning for decentralised drainage systems) according to Part 3 of the HOAI, Section 3, § 43,

• Coordinated pipeline planning for the 2nd and 3rd construction phases.

The overall planning is provided due to the very strong functional and content-related interrelationships of the above-mentioned service areas and the high level of coordination associated with them, as well as the experiences from the 1st construction phase. A two-stage negotiation procedure with a public participation competition is carried out in accordance with § 119 para. 5 GWB in conjunction with §§ 14 para. 3 no. 2, 17 para. 1 VgV, 74 VgV. The two-stage procedure includes the public participation competition (1st stage: selection phase) and the negotiation phase (2nd stage: submission of offers and negotiation talks).
