Germany – Electrical materials – Lieferung von Elektronik- und Industriebedarf (C‑Teile) über einen E‑Procurement‑Katalog

The subject of the contract awarded by the contracting authority (AG) is the supply of C-parts from the electronics and industrial supply sector via order processing through an e-procurement catalogue for the ongoing operation of the AG. The contractor (AN) delivers to various locations of the AG throughout the city of Berlin, including the surrounding area within the motorway ring of the federal motorway A10, as well as the town of Velten. The AG intends to determine two reliable and high-performing contractors as framework partners within the framework of the procurement procedure and to conclude a separate framework agreement with each. To cover the core and peripheral range of C-parts from the electronics and industrial supply sector, the contractors must have a broad and sufficiently deep range in the electronics and industrial supply sector. The framework agreements will become effective upon award and have a basic term for performance (productive operation) from 01.11.2026 – 31.10.2028. The AG is entitled to extend the contract term for all services to be provided by up to two times two years, i.e. a maximum of 31.10.2032, by unilateral declaration, which must be received by the contractor at the latest 3 months before the end of the basic term – in the case of an already extended term, at the latest 3 months before the end of the extension period. For the basic contract term (2 years), the estimated order volume for both framework agreements is 2,7 million EUR net and the maximum volume is 3,5 million EUR net. For the maximum contract term (6 years), the estimated order volume for both framework agreements is 8,53 million EUR net and the maximum volume is 10,53 million EUR net. *By electronics and industrial supply (C-parts) are meant products from the following product categories: Ferrule terminals; single-core wires, wires & strands; assortment boxes & storage; fastening technology; luminaires & lighting; CEE plugs, CEE adapters; crimping accessories; crimping pliers; electrical installation (components for fixed electrical installation, e.g. sockets, switches, junction boxes, installation devices, accessories and fastening materials); power cables / high-voltage cables; flat cables; rubber & equipment lines; batteries; inductors; industrial cables & lines; installation cables; cable ties; cable protection & cable management; cable ducts & installation ducts; cable management; adhesives & sealants; terminals & connection technology; marking & labelling sprays; measuring devices (manufacturer Fluke); DIN rails & mounting systems; wet & dry vacuum cleaners; passive network technology; peripheral cables; PUR lines; PVC hose lines; switching & protective devices; hoses & hose accessories; abrasives & cutting agents; screws, nuts & fastening elements; heat-shrink tubing & insulating material; safety disconnectors; tensioning & lashing means; connectors; control lines; network & connection cables; flashlights & headlamps; adapters & converters (audio/video/data).
