The state capital of Hannover intends to construct new buildings as refugee accommodation at the site of Leipziger Str. in Wettbergen. The construction program includes, in addition to the buildings, the construction of access and external facilities. The Council of the State Capital of Hannover has decided to implement the project within the framework of an ÖPP-3-phase model with the service components of planning, construction and financing. Operation and disposal are not to be awarded and fall within the remit of the State Capital of Hannover. Only for the duration of the extended warranty, the necessary maintenance work is to be awarded. The new buildings are to meet the legal requirements of the GEG (in the version valid in each case) in terms of energy. The building site has an area of approximately 7,972 m² and is in municipal ownership. The space program amounts to approx. 7,800 m² GFA; these are to be arranged in individual buildings in construction areas on the site.
