The town of Bourgoin-Jallieu has decided to build a new theatre. A summary of the programme, attached to the present dossier, is structured around the following main functional units:

- A performance hub comprising the stage area, technical facilities and external arrangements,

- A reception-conviviality hub

- An office hub

Estimated cost of works: The estimated cost of the works and the useful surface area of the building are specified in the competition rules phase candidature. The provisional timetable for the competition is specified in the competition rules. The multidisciplinary team of design consultants will be composed of specialists bringing together at least the necessary skills for the subject of the contract in the following areas:

- Architecture

- Construction economics

- Scenography

- Acoustics

- Structure

- Fluids

- Fire safety

- VRD

- BIM (level 2)

Complexity coefficient: The contracting authority has assessed an indicative range of complexity of the operation in accordance with the 27 complexity criteria set by the guide to the negotiation of design consultants' remuneration of June 1994, drawn up by the Interministerial Mission for Public Building Quality (MIQCP). The complexity of the operation will be used to calculate the remuneration of the basic missions and the execution studies. The design consultant is informed that the complexity rate of the operation must be within the following indicative range defined by the contracting authority:
