Poland – Fair and exhibition organisation services – „USŁUGA KOMPLEKSOWEJ ZABUDOWY I WYPOSAŻENIA STOISKA PRZEZNACZONEGO DLA FIRM Z SEKTORA MŚP Z REGIONU ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIEGO NA TARGACH INWESTYCYJNYCH EXPO REAL MONACHIUM 2026 W DNIACH 05-07.10.2026 ROKU”

1. The subject of the contract is the service of designing, executing, transporting, assembling, dismantling, and providing comprehensive support for the stand during Expo Real Munich 2026, implemented as part of the "Świętokrzyskie for Business" Project. 2. The contracting authority plans to organise an exhibition stand promoting SMEs operating in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, developers, investors, companies offering digital solutions and IT technologies in the field of commercial and residential real estate, and design firms on foreign markets at the Expo Real Munich 2026 trade fair, from 5-7 October 2026, at the trade fair centre: Messe München Messegelände, 81823 Munich. 3. The contracting authority has reserved an exhibition area of 48 m2 (the layout of the stand is Annex 1a to the SWZ, stand location: hall A2, stand no. 422), which will be used by representatives of the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and will be made available to 5 (five) Świętokrzyskie SMEs. Note! The contracting authority will finance the rental (purchase) of the exhibition area along with the necessary media (water, sewerage, electricity, waste collection, internet), which are inseparably linked with the rented area. The contractor will not include these costs in their offer. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annex 1a to the SWZ - stand layout.
