Procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the supply and installation of a new X-ray tube - spare part, compatible with the Philips angiographic device „Azurion 7 B20“, including:

1.1. Delivery of a new X-ray tube („spare part“);

1.2. Dismantling of the old defective tube and its transportation for recycling, deactivation or other action, at the expense of the participant determined as the contractor („Contractor/Contractors“);

1.3. Installation of the new X-ray tube;

1.4. Configuration, calibration and commissioning of the angiographic device after installation of the new installed X-ray tube;

1.5. Warranty maintenance of the new X-ray tube (eventual replacement in case of defect manifestation).
