1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of antiseptic and disinfectant products to the Cieszyn Healthcare Facilities Group. The contract consists of 34 lots, each of which is a separate subject of the contract. 2. The full description of the subject of the contract, divided into lots, along with the expected demand over the contract period, is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Pricing Form and in Section III of the SWZ.
