Comprehensive implementation and migration of a new network concept for the customer sites in Gütersloh: The contracting authority makes the following changes compared to the original notice with the number 188951-2026: Place of the text to be corrected: Section 2.1 Instead of: "Comprehensive implementation and migration of a new, highly available network concept for the customer sites in Gütersloh" it reads "Comprehensive implementation and migration of a new usage concept for the customer sites in Gütersloh". Section 5.1.6 is supplemented as follows: "The result of the previous indicative tender phase is that the contracting authority's procurement intention can be realised more economically by reducing the scope of services and the tight project deadline can be met. The competition will therefore be reopened. The contracting authority will not re-evaluate the participation applications submitted and evaluated by the previously selected bidders. If these bidders state that they wish to continue to participate in the procedure, the contracting authority will invite these bidders to submit an offer again. The contracting authority reserves the right to invite only the next two best bidders in addition to these bidders. For bidders who have already submitted a participation application, it is sufficient if these bidders confirm to the contracting authority within the participation period via the tendering platform, referring to their already submitted participation application, that they wish to continue to participate in the procedure and that the submitted references and turnover figures are also comparable with the reduced scope of services.
