The main tasks consist of providing security and reception services for the Representation. If necessary, the company must be able to provide trained security personnel for other events organised by the Representation (including in the evening) in official residences. The required service includes two full-time security officers with at least one year of experience in similar roles. They are generally present from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00. Their main tasks consist of monitoring the chancellery and, with the help of surveillance cameras, its outdoor spaces; checking the identity of visitors; ensuring that no dangerous objects or substances enter the premises; and reporting any dangerous situations to the Representation's staff or the police.
