Bulgaria – Earthmoving and excavating machinery, and associated parts – «Текущ ремонт, профилактика, доставка на резервни части и консумативи на комбиниран багер-товарач TEREX TLB990PS,за срок от 24 месеца за нуждите на ТП “ДГС Елешница“

The public procurement is mixed in accordance with Article 11 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), as it includes activities with more than one object - supply and service, but is awarded as a supply based on Article 11, paragraph 2 of the PPA, as the estimated value of the supply is higher than that of the service. The subject of execution under this public procurement will be the following types of work: - diagnosis and repair of engine, fuel system (diesel), ignition system, electrical installation, gearboxes, distributor and control boxes, chassis (front axle, rear axle, suspension), control joystick, brake system, hydraulic system, hydraulic pump and valves, ventilation and heating installation, coating and cooling system and others; - supply of all types of spare parts and consumables necessary for the maintenance of the excavator and its technical readiness; - supply of all types of filters, belts, seals and others; - the repair of the excavator will be carried out within the territorial scope of TPP "DGS Eleshnitsa", depending on the location of the machine. If the machine cannot be repaired on-site, the Contractor must provide a service base (owned or rented), equipped with the necessary equipment and tools for performing the technical activities, the subject of the order. Repair of the combined excavator-loader, the subject of the order, will be carried out if necessary, after a request from the Contracting Authority or a person authorized by it; - the Contractor must ensure daily acceptance of repair requests; - the labor norm for the repair of the excavator must not exceed the duration of the work operations, according to the proposed list of the respective participant. Repairs must be carried out qualitatively and in accordance with the instructions of the respective manufacturer. In the event of a work operation being carried out outside the list in the previous sentence, the Contractor makes an offer with the duration of the respective operation and proceeds with its implementation after approval from the Contracting Authority; - the Contractor must strictly complete service protocols for the maintenance or repair of the machine, in which the serial number of the excavator, working hours from the hour meter, the scope of the maintenance or repair carried out, the spare parts and/or consumables used, the types of maintenance operations performed, date/signature/stamp are entered; - the supplied and used spare parts must correspond to the brand and model of the machine, and be new and unused, meeting all quality requirements in accordance with Bulgarian regulatory acts and standards; - the warranty period for the repairs carried out must not be less than 12 months, from the date on which the acceptance of the repaired excavator-loader by the Contracting Authority is formally confirmed. The above-mentioned activities do not exhaust the entire scope of supplies and services, the subject of the public procurement and may be supplemented for the period of validity of the contract.
