The Construction Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Department of Building Construction, is conducting a tender for the award of general planning services (design, tendering and realization) for the staircase to the Hardbrücke from Güterstrasse in Zurich. A team (general planning with sub-planning, also possible as a consortium) consisting of specialists in planning services in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, construction management, electrical engineering and transport planning with experience in the planning and realization of similar construction projects in public spaces is sought. The leadership or overall management lies with the discipline of civil engineering. The general planning should carry out the design with a high level of architectural, technical and organizational competence and realize the execution of the construction project in a cost- and quality-conscious manner and on schedule. Further members of the general planning team can be optionally involved for specialist support during the planning selection procedure. Multiple applications are possible, except for the fields of civil engineering and architecture. The fee offer of Phase 2 must include all planning services.
