Two-stage competition for the award of planning services within the framework of the VgV. The number of participants is limited to 3 to a maximum of 5. The competition is preceded by an application procedure with selection of participants. For the planning of the flood retention basin, engineering services according to HOAI are to be provided in the areas of project planning, technical equipment, structural design and surveying. Furthermore, planning services are to be provided as special services in the specialist fields of geotechnics, hydrology/hydraulics and nature conservation; additionally, an environmental impact assessment and expert contributions on the topics of climate protection and Water Framework Directive are to be prepared. For the basic services to be calculated in accordance with the HOAI, preliminary costs of - 7,500,000.00 Euro for the project planning - 350,000.00 / 1,300,000.00 Euro for the structural design - 185,000.00 for the Technical Equipment (various plant groups) are to be expected.
