The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of maintenance and basic cleaning services for the property of the Landratsamt Erlangen-Höchstadt in Erlangen. The services include, in particular, the regular maintenance cleaning of office and administrative spaces, meeting and multipurpose rooms, sanitary areas, tea kitchens and social rooms, waiting and traffic areas, stairwells, elevators, functional rooms, storage and archive areas, examination and treatment rooms, technical and supply rooms, workshops, and the underground car park, including the respective scheduled services. The scope of services also includes the contractually agreed waste disposal within the property, the provision and use of the necessary cleaning machines, equipment, cleaning, working and auxiliary materials, as well as the performance of the prescribed quality controls and documentation services. Deep cleaning as well as additional management and special cleaning services will be commissioned separately by the contracting authority as needed. The type, scope, cleaning frequencies, quality requirements and conditions of performance are specified in detail in the procurement documents, in particular the service description and the calculation file including individual room calculation and list of areas.
