The demographic dynamism of the territory of Thonon Agglomération is reflected in the densification of urban spaces. This densification leaves less and less room for waste management. The proliferation of bring banks (PAV) multiplies the nuisances for users and increases the constraints related to parking in the areas where they are installed. In this context, compacting containers seem to meet the needs of the community: a reduced footprint, a reduced collection time, and the number of households estimated per terminal multiplied by 4 or 5. The present framework agreement aims to provide, deliver, commission, and carry out preventive maintenance of compacting underground containers, intended to be installed in existing concrete tanks for the following flows: household waste; packaging (multi-material packaging and mixed paper flows) and cardboard.
