The HVK's 360-degree business continuity concept brings together business continuity recommendations and related services, organizes them into modules, and creates a platform for integrating various services into a cohesive whole, both now and in the future. The concept creates a clear and usable whole for the HVK and its secretariats, as well as, in particular, for companies using the services, and it is intended to be completed by the year 2026. To ensure the highest possible impact of business continuity services, HVK wants to invest in their effective implementation and communication. The project aims to improve the usability, accessibility, and impact of services related to enhancing companies' resilience. Additionally, the aim is to strengthen HVK's processes and expertise in managing and developing services. The assignment responds to this need, where the development of the whole and service design play a significant role. HVK is procuring expert resources for up to two people, estimated at 250-270 person-days. To effectively integrate the project personnel into the operations of the Emergency Services Agency, the purchaser requires that the person(s) participating in the project work at least two days a week at the premises of the Emergency Services Agency (Aleksanterinkatu, Helsinki), unless otherwise agreed. Otherwise, remote work is permitted. A workstation and necessary equipment, as well as access rights from HVK, will be reserved for the project personnel.
