Subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a framework agreement with up to four framework partners for various quantitative and qualitative evaluations related to refugees and basic services for the contracting authority and its subsidiaries. The focus of the evaluations is on quality of life, satisfaction and impact in different contexts (e.g. stationary facilities, mobile assisted living, counselling centres). This includes all ancillary activities associated therewith.
