Joint Procurement Unit Velora Oy is establishing a procurement system, where the subject of the procurement is occupational health services. The purpose of the procurement system is to enable a flexible, competitive and continuously open procurement of occupational health services for the customers of Joint Procurement Unit Velora Oy. Suppliers approved for the procurement system may, during the validity of the system, participate in internal competitions, which are primarily conducted as customer-specific competitions, unless the customer's needs or the nature of the procurement require otherwise. The procurement system is valid until 31.12.2032. The procurement system covers both statutory and voluntary occupational health services. The subject of the procurement includes Kela reimbursement class I (KL 1), reimbursement class II (KL 2) and other non-Kela reimbursable occupational health services (KL 0). The services may include occupational health services produced as both on-site and remote and digital services. The objective of the procurement system is to ensure high-quality, effective and cost-efficient occupational health services that support employees' work ability and well-being, prevent work-related risks and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Within the framework of the procurement system, procurement of services can be carried out to different-sized and differently located operating sites, taking into account the nature of the customer's operations and regional service provision. The procurement system is open throughout its validity to all candidates who meet the set suitability requirements. Contracts arising from the internal competitions are made separately for each order or service package.
