Poland – Construction management services – Zarządzanie Projektem pt.: Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 151 na odcinku Recz – Choszczno

The subject of the contract is the provision of the Project Management service entitled: Expansion of Provincial Road No. 151 on the section from Recz to Choszczno. 2. The service includes: 1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project; 2) performance of investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with Building Law and the concluded construction works contract; 3) actions aimed at the timely execution of construction works; 4) documentation of the progress of works; 5) fulfilment of reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager; 6) performance of author's supervision in accordance with art. 20 sec. 1 point 4 of the Building Law of 7 July 1994, in the form of visits to the construction site, as well as works carried out at the seat of the Contractor. The planned number of supervisions: author's supervision related to stay on the construction site – 35 supervisions and 95 supervisions performed at the seat of the Contractor. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Section C "Description of the subject of the contract" and D "Contract Project". 3. The scope of construction works includes the expansion of the section of Provincial Road No. 151 from the village of Recz (km 65+548.82) to the village of Choszczno (km 79+387.21) with a length of approximately 13.84 km. The road expansion will involve adapting the pavement structure for traffic category KR3 with widening of the carriageway on the route section to a minimum of 7 m, and in villages to a minimum of 6.5 m. The scope of construction works includes, among others: 1) cutting down trees and shrubs, 2) demolition works, 3) removal of humus layer, 4) earthworks - excavations, embankments, profiling of slopes and ditches, 5) execution of the provincial road structure, 6) execution of subgrade reinforcement, 7) construction of two roundabout intersections in Recz and Choszczno, 8) reconstruction of the existing roundabout intersection in Choszczno, 9) construction and reconstruction of pavements, cycle paths and pedestrian-cyclist routes, ramps, 10) construction of bus bays, 11) reconstruction of culverts under the road crown, 12) reconstruction of rainwater drainage in villages, 13) reconstruction of sanitary drainage in villages, 14) reconstruction of water supply networks in villages, 15) reconstruction of road lighting, 16) construction of pedestrian crossing lighting, 17) removal of collisions with energy, telecommunication and gas networks, 18) execution of vertical and horizontal signage, 19) compensatory planting of trees and shrubs, 20) repair of the municipal road – bypass, 21) demolition of two bridge structures (km 65+994.3; km 72+850.8) and culvert (km 79+304.8) and construction of new structures in their place, 22) execution of retaining structure – impervious wall and extension of culvert no. 8. 4. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. on a free basis, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act – Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the services is set at a maximum of 262,000.00 PLN net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, involving the repetition of similar services. 2) For the calculation of the net remuneration of contracts, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, (for project management and investor supervision) the Purchaser may use the following formula: Net remuneration of the Contractor = R x Wu : W k; R – net remuneration, as referred to in § 3 sec. 2 of the contract; Wu – net remuneration value of the contract awarded to the Contractor for Works on the basis of art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, the supervision of which is concerned; Wk – net remuneration value of the Contractor for Works resulting from the basic contract; 3) In the scope of performing author's supervision, for the calculation of the net remuneration of contracts, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, the Purchaser will apply unit prices from the basic contract. 4) The basis for determining the conditions of implementation of a similar contract is the basic contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 5. The Purchaser does not require the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of contract implementation.
