Germany – Construction work for school buildings – Generalunternehmerleistungen für die Erweiterungsneubauten der Sekundarschule Am Biegerpark (BIE) in Duisburg

The contract to be awarded includes construction services as a general contractor for the turnkey construction of the extension new buildings "School Building" (N01) and "Sports Hall" (N02) of the Secondary School Am Biegerpark (BIE), including all open and external facilities required for the extension new buildings, at Beim Knevelshof 21 in 47249 Duisburg. In addition, optional construction services, new and in the existing buildings, at the locations Beim Knevelshof 21 and Am Ziegelkamp 7, as well as at the adjacent Reinhard-und-Max-Mannesmann-Gymnasium (Am Ziegelkamp 13) are to be awarded in the so-called Cost + Fee procedure.
