The school building, constructed in 1972, is to be extensively renovated and extended by an annex. It is a regional school with an integrated primary school. The total number of pupils is approximately 260. It is a four-storey building (1st basement – 2nd floor), constructed in solid construction with external walls made of concrete elements and reinforced concrete ceilings. In 1999, a partial energy renovation was carried out with facade insulation and window renewal. There is a clearly visible backlog of repairs and renovation. To adapt the space requirements to the expected number of pupils, a new building as an annex on the north side (entrance area) is to be planned.
