The works consist of providing a specialized service for the energy management of ACUAMED, structured into two independent lots. Lot 1 Energy Consulting, includes the works of analyzing alternatives for energy supply, strategic advice for the integration of photovoltaic energy and storage, market analysis, expert support in energy procurement, methodological definition of the Energy Management System, support for ISO 50001 certification, regulatory review, and support for the validation of billing and the interpretation of energy data. Lot 2 Corporate technological platform for energy management and data analytics, includes the acquisition of the license, implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance and evolution of the technological platform that will support the Energy Management System, the audit of consumption and billing, the progressive integration of data sources and the development of advanced analytics capabilities through the integration of energy data with ACUAMED's GMAO data.
